What if my insurance company is not listed as an accepted provider?
We encourage you to investigate and create an account on the Get Better website. Get Better helps you get reimbursed for counseling through your insurance. If you have an iOS device (iPad or iPhone) you can download Better Health Insurance app to get started.
Can I live anywhere in Ohio or Kentucky and get counseling?
Yes. Brett Larsen, MA, LPCC-S is licensed in the State of Ohio and Kentucky. Therefore he can see anyone living in the State of Ohio or Kentucky.
What kind of device do I need to use the VSee app that is used for sessions?
You can download the VSee app on your device. Click below on your type of device to download the app.
What is a C&I form?
The Consent & Intake (C&I) form is used for the initial session and learning more about you to assess the best way to help you.
Is my health information secure?
Yes. Both our email communication and the VSee app meet the requirements for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliance.
